Need to make a return?
Hopefully you love everything you purchased, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. See the details below for our return policy.
Return eligibility requirements
- Items must be returned with tags still attached and be unworn and unwashed, make-up, smoke and damage free
- If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery date
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
How to make a return:
Return for store credit
-If using a label provided through the return portal, shipping is free. Otherwise, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Return for a refund
-Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment
-Must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date
-Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility. If using label through return portal, customer agrees to have the cost withheld from the refunded amount.
Return for an exchange
-We do not provide exchanges or holds at this time due to limited inventory. If an exchange is necessary, we encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
How to send a return:
- Submit a return request and we will email you a return shipping label
- Send back the return yourself, using preferred shipping method to the address (email shopdolledupdaily@gmail.com ) for the return address
When mailing a return:
-ensure items are securely packaged with original tags. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process
-Include the original receipt or a note with your name and order number
-Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will be emailed when your return has been processed
